At Fish & Cheaps, we’re pleased to offer free shipping, keeping your experience convenient and cost-effective. Please find the key details below, including main carriers by country.

1. Eligibility

Free shipping is available for all orders to Australia and New Zealand, regardless of order value. From time to time, exclusions (e.g., oversized items or remote areas) may apply and will be noted at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Carriers may vary by product and destination.

  • Australia: Australia Post, Aramex, Toll, DHL

  • New Zealand: NZ Post, CourierPost, DHL

3. Handling Time (Dispatch)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours where possible (business days only).

4. Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)*

Typical delivery aims after dispatch:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days (domestic)

  • New Zealand: 6–10 business days

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number by email (and in your account area). Use it to monitor progress and the estimated delivery date.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes or fees on arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details. If you need to amend the address, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order—after dispatch we cannot change it.

8. PO Boxes & Remote Areas

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or remote locations. If this applies, we’ll contact you with alternatives. Extended timeframes may apply in remote areas.

9. Split Shipments

To speed things up, items in the same order may ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us with your order number. We’ll open a carrier investigation and keep you updated throughout.
